You can select the default layout for all the site (archives, search etc.), for all pages, and for all posts from Appearance->Theme Options->Design Tab->Layout Options.
In our demo page the default layout is right sidebar so all the pages will have the right sidebar layout unless a unique layout is selected for some post/page.
